Imam Yusuf
Community Leader, Northern Region
Before the awareness sessions, I believed that practices like FGM were necessary to preserve our culture. But after engaging in honest conversations with community leaders, I realized the harm these practices cause to our daughters. Now, as a religious leader, I speak out against FGM and GBV in my sermons.
